Ok.. I got the pictures updated on time but I never got around to updating the link. I've got that done now and I've removed some of the really old picture content. Thanks!

I can't believe it's been so long since we've made an update to this site! Well, if you're visiting here after you got our New Year letter, please have some patience. We've got all the pictures from the last half of 2005 categorized and just need to upload them. It should be done by the end of this week.

I was driving around with the kids today and Olivia said to me

Daddy, when are you going to get a real work...

What do you mean, Honey, a real work? You mean a real job?

Yes, a real job, Daddy?

But Sweetheart, I have a real job.

No Daddy, a real job like a farmer. When are you going to work on a farm?

(It helps a little to know that lately, Olivia has been fascinated with going to a farm so she can pet and hold a baby duck.)

Well, Sweety, probably never.

Oh, I thought maybe you could be a farmer someday or a prince.

(At this point, I thought I'd seize my opportunty to change the drift of this conversation.)

Well, I aren't I sort of a King? Aren't I the King of our house, and Mommy is the Queen and you and Malcom are the princess and prince. Right?

No, Daddy! You're a Prince and Malcolm is a Prince and I'm a Princess and Mommy is a Princess...

Oooh!

And Malcom is the Prince to Mommy's Princess and I'm the Princess to your Prince, Daddy

Well... Laura has left. It's just me all alone with the kids for the weekend.. If you don't say new posts here in the next week, please call the authorities to rescue me...

EDIT: Well, the kids are in bed and I'm quietly sitting back and re-watching the Firefly DVDs in preparation of the release of the the Serenity move in September.

Website Update

Majore updates almost finished. I've installed Gallery to manage our new pictures now. You can register a user name if you'd like to add comments and have more permissions in the gallery. Right now, I'm approving all user registrations manually. The old pictures are moved to an archive page.

I've also got this Serendipty-based blog setup. If you'd like a user account so you can add blog entries or reply, email me. This should make keeping this site updated much easier than creating it all in FrontPage and having to push it down to the server.

Family Update

Well a lot has been changing and I've been too slow to update this site! Malcolm is 10 months now. He's crawling like crazy and into everything. He's starting to try cruising so walking can't be too far behind. Olivia is still obsessed with princesses and will be 4 in three months. She has "graduated" from discovery circle and will be starting 3-day a week pre-school in September.
